Tong Tong: Reviews & Ratings
The staff is very friendly. We didn't have to wait to be seated. The food is fantastic. The banchan was very fresh and tasty. Our meal was excellent.
We’ve been coming to this restaurant since 2011!!! And Tong Tong never disappoints the food is always AMAZING!!! We love all the servers there. Very friendly , warm and welcoming and they love my kids lol always a good time coming to this restaurant. The last time we went is last Feb 14 2026 and still the food is sooooo delicious!!! We loveee tong tong!!! It’s our favorite Korean restaurant!! 100% recommended!!!
This Korean restaurant is seriously a hidden gem. The food is so good we’re already planning what to reorder next time. We got the LA galbi ribs, bulgogi chapchae, and tteokbokki noodles, and every single dish came out perfect. The LA galbi ribs were the star. Super tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. That sweet and savory marinade was cooked into the meat just right, with a slight char that made them even better. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing with those ribs. The bulgogi chapchae was just as impressive. The glass noodles were cooked perfectly, not mushy, not dry, just right. The beef was flavorful and balanced so well with the vegetables. Every bite had that rich, slightly sweet Korean flavor that makes you want to keep going back for more. And the tteokbokki noodles were incredible. The sauce had the perfect kick, spicy but not overwhelming, with so much depth in flavor. The rice cakes were soft and chewy in the best way. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can taste the quality in every dish. If you’re craving authentic Korean food that actually delivers on taste, this place does not disappoint. Definitely one of those spots you leave already thinking about your next visit.
This place is amazing! Our waitress was so kind and attentive and even brought us a special tea that we were wondering about. The galbi, tofu stew, and jopchae were amazing. Really good bonchon. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great casual atmosphere and authentic, delicious food!
Food is always delicious here, but service is a hit or miss. I came around lunch time and got some dumplings and the LA galbi which were really good! At one point I asked for more kimchi and the server just seemed annoyed. They weren’t busy and she just tossed it on my table without saying anything. I love the food, but the service could use some work.
I wish I could eat the tteokbokki everyday. Everything was amazing, and the soup was something I enjoyed a lot! Will be back - best korean food in the Springs that I’ve found so far (as someone who eats 99% asian food). I like that it’s family owned! Note on the door (if I recall correctly), says they will be closed Oct 4-12 for a family vacation.
Went here twice recently. Both times service was great, they came around multiple times, filled up drinks and refills of banchan were done with a smile. Food was very decent - and would happily return.
I came here after recommendation for Asian food from a local, I really want to Asian. Something Japanese Korean, by the time I was able to get dinner. This was one of the few spots open. I was staying kind of far so it was a little bit of a haul but that's besides the point. To start, they are very attentive, are willing to tell you the menu with no problem, but that wasn't my issue. It was deciding on which to get, and is there a lot! To begin, the bon chon had a lot of items, that come out before the main course. The mung bean jelly was really good, along with the potato salad and the chili spinach All good snacking items and then mixing it all together with the main course. The main course was Ojingeo-Samgyupsal Bulgogi, basically squid and stir fry pork. Really good, extremely favorful a very good, sweet and savory deal. Something I was definitely looking for to enjoy, definitely feeling and the price point was amazing. I enjoyed with a KASS beer, to top it off. Was something that paired extremely well. I recommend if you enjoy Asian or Korean food as a whole, definitely coming back when I'm back in Colorado springs.
